Project Ghoul Map & Locations
Where every quest district, vendor, and sewer entrance sits — plus how Sense labels the map.
Project Ghoul’s city is compact, but new players still lose Elisabeth, the spin shop, and the sewer manhole on the first night. This page is a point-of-interest list, not a drawn minimap — GX Studios can move props during Project Ghoul: re. Use the in-game Sense button (eye icon, bottom-right) to paint labels on quests, raids, and shops, then match those labels to the districts below.
For kill counts and level gates, open the quest list. For the XP order, stay on Level Up Fast.
How Sense and waypoints work
On login, a yes/no prompt can place an exclamation waypoint on the next legal quest tier. Sense is the manual version: it highlights quests, the spin shop, raids, and named landmarks through walls. If a marker vanishes after a death, toggle Sense again before you sprint across the map.
Double-tap W (or hold Ctrl) to run between districts. The Controls page lists the full PC and pad map.
District directory
| Place | Where to look | Why you go |
|---|---|---|
| Anteiku | First spawn cafe | Mark’s low-ghoul quests, tutorial spy markers |
| Byrger Shot | Northern map, burger shop / small restaurant | Elisabeth at level 40+ |
| Construction Site | Northwestern lot | Joe at level 90+, later Christmas firework parades spawned here |
| Parking Garage | Multi-floor lot near a manhole | Pink / Jake / Champ Aogiri floors; spin store nearby |
| Sewers | Manhole by the garage | White Suits, V’s Cleaners, path to level 850 |
| Yellow Shimzza Co. | Sense-labeled spin shop | Yen spins (80,000 / 400,000 for five) |
| CCG Headquarters | Investigator campus | Dave (Quinque), Sasaki (Arata) |
| Mask shop | Ghoul vendor district | Uta for Masks |
| Bell tower / square | Central plaza | Izanami (CCG-flagged, unclear public quest) |
Anteiku and the north road
You spawn within a short walk of Anteiku. Two quest NPCs stand outside; yellow bracket markers appear after the spy tutorial. Stay here until medium ghouls die quickly, then follow Sense north to Byrger Shot. Elisabeth’s restaurant is easy to overshoot if you keep running toward the construction cranes — stop at the burger sign first.
This stretch is the safest place to test a new Kagune or Quinque after a trade or spin.
Construction Site and Parking Garage
The Construction Site sits on the northwest corner. Joe stands on the lot edge, not inside the scaffolding. Empty buildings are pull rooms — drag strong ghouls inside so you are not fighting the whole crew in the open.
Parking Garage is the mid-game hub:
- Floor 1 — Pink, low Aogiri, level 180+
- Floor 2 — Jake, level 300+
- Floor 3 — Champ, level 400+
A spin vendor Mark (different from Anteiku Mark) sits in a store near the garage. Use him when you do not want to return to the main-menu customize screen. The manhole for sewers is beside this lot — if Sense shows “sewers” but you only see asphalt, walk the garage perimeter.
Christmas patches also parked a timed merchant (60-minute spawn, 5-minute despawn) and a firework parade near construction. Those are seasonal; see holiday events.
Sewers path
Community route from the garage manhole:
- Drop in.
- Right → right → left → right → left → right.
- Follow the tunnel down to the exit.
- Talk to Hunter for White Suits.
- Return to the tunnel exit and walk opposite the gold NPC for the Special Class Investigator and V’s Cleaners.
Wrong turns loop you through empty pipes. If you hit a dead end twice, surface and toggle Sense rather than guessing. Sewer rooms are tight — PvP is already unlocked for anyone level 150+, so treat this district as contested.
CCG Headquarters and Ghoul shops
CCG Headquarters holds Dave (Quinque vendor) and Sasaki (Arata armor). Investigators building toward Owl-class weapons spend more time here than in Anteiku after level 200. Ghouls still visit for Arata / Mask knowledge, but Uta’s mask shop is the Ghoul-side counter.
Izanami at the bell tower is listed on community NPC tables as CCG with no stable public quest. Do not overwrite an active Champ chain to talk to her.
Spin shop and Sense clutter
Yellow Shimzza Co. is the named spin building. Sense also paints raid and boss pins used in boss farming. If the screen is unreadable, turn Sense off after you lock a heading — the labels are a tool, not a HUD you leave on during combat.
Single spins cost 80,000 Yen; five cost 400,000. Weekend discounts and the spin planner exist so you stop buying full-price rolls on a Thursday.
Remake caveat
Project Ghoul: re can rename districts or collapse the garage into a new interior. When a patch lands, compare this page with Trello and the combat rework notes before you record a new video path. The ladder (cafe → burger → site → garage → sewers) has survived more UI swaps than any single coordinate.
Learn the names, use Sense, and keep the quest list open in a second tab while you run.
